Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of BlueLine Delivery Solutions LLC ("Company," "we," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services Description

BlueLine Delivery Solutions provides medical courier services including transportation of medical samples, pharmaceuticals, medical records, and equipment between healthcare facilities in Oklahoma.

Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

Service Terms

Delivery Services

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed unless specifically stated
• We reserve the right to refuse service for prohibited or dangerous materials
• Proper packaging is the responsibility of the shipper
• Special handling requirements must be clearly communicated at time of pickup

Pricing and Payment

• Prices are subject to change with notice
• Payment terms are as agreed in your service contract
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days

Liability Limitations

Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the lesser of the actual value of the shipment or the maximum liability stated in your service agreement. We are not liable for:

• Delays due to circumstances beyond our control
• Improper packaging by shipper
• Inherent nature of the goods
• Acts of God, war, or civil unrest
• Consequential or indirect damages

Compliance

Both parties agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including HIPAA for protected health information. Clients are responsible for ensuring shipments comply with applicable regulations.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BlueLine Delivery Solutions from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Termination

Either party may terminate service with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Outstanding balances remain due upon termination.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Tulsa County, Oklahoma, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
