What areas do you serve?

We serve the Tulsa and Oklahoma City metro areas with full STAT, Urgent, and Standard service. Extended coverage is available for other Oklahoma cities on a scheduled basis.

What are your hours of operation?

Our standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Service before or after standard hours, as well as weekends and holidays, is available with an additional surcharge.

How quickly can you pick up a STAT delivery?

For STAT deliveries within our primary service areas, we typically dispatch within 15-30 minutes with delivery completed within 1 hour of pickup.

How do I track my delivery?

You can track deliveries in real-time through our client portal. You'll also receive automated notifications at key milestones: pickup, in-transit, and delivery.

What is chain of custody documentation?

Chain of custody provides a complete record of who handled your package and when. We capture digital signatures and timestamps at pickup and delivery.
